This development in the epicentre of South Africa’s flower kingdom was done on an already existing footprint. It is the kind of architecture that is fundamental in getting people to fall in love with our landscapes and treasure the nature reserves.
Sometimes we associate sustainability and green development with a slap-dash hippie approach and discomfort, but this just showed me that you can dramatically reduce your impact on the world and still have a beautiful and comforting experience.
